Respected Sir, Sub: Life threat from local BSP MLA, Birapur constituency, Pratapgarh U.P. Ref - complaint letters to: SO Raniganj, SDM Raniganj, DM Pratapgarh, Commissioner Mahamandal Allahabad , IG, DIG UP, CM UP, Governer UP, NHIRC, PM India, and President India Period – 2007 to till date Respected Sir, From last more than one & half year my old age helpless father is tired with running to higher authorities for justice to make his house on his own land on Chirkutti-Dandupur road at Shekhupur, Tehsil - Raniganj, Distt - Pratapgarh. In spite of several orders from higher authorities & court, MLA Shri Ramshiromani Shukla with his subordinates with the force of gun & bullet & administrations assistance, by showing his authority, is not allowing my father to build his house on his own land. As per him The government & the administration will act according to his wishes, no one can abstract him to do so. He can do anything. On dated 6/06/08 MLA came with his subordinates & S.O. DP Tiwari ( Raniganj) in night, broke the wall under construction & took away all the material collected ( Like cement, Veet, sand etc.) to build house. He threatens my father saying, take off all complaints & DEEWANI mukadama (Case) against me otherwise be ready to suffer & loose your life.And also he said he will put my family members into jail in fraud cases or will ruin the family in any other means. On dated 07/06.08 when my father approach raniganj S.O. Mr. D.P Tiwari to complaint above incidence Mr. Tiwari & his subordinate Mr. Ajay Mishra, Rajendra Tiwari & others abused my father asked him to run away & advice him to keep himself away from MLA Mr. Shukla. As per SDM Ranigaj he have given orders to build home we have guts then can built home otherwise he advised to give our land to MLA Mr. Shukla. He also advised, the MLA is from this constituency we have to listen to him & give our land to him. He (SDM) has no intention to be a party against MLA. On 8 march 09 BSP MLA Mr. Shukla with his subordinates threatened my father to do the registry of land on his (Mr. Shukla ) name otherwise get ready to face dire consequences. Now the situation is moving around the life & death of my father & family.pls look into this at an earliest. As MLA Mr. R. Shukla has threatened us as informed my earlier emails (He threatens my father saying, take off all complaints & DEEWANI mukadama (Case) against me otherwise be ready to suffer & loose your life. And also he said he will put my family members into jail in fraud cases or will ruin the family in any other means. ), Now he has started playing with us. Now a case is filled at Pratapgarh Kotwali (15 March 2009) on the name of 1) Jang Bahadur Yadav, 2) Ramashankar Yadav 3) Rajaram Yadav by Mata Prasad Saroj stating that above these three person had taken away his 540.00Rs on the point of Tamancha.We came to know about this by news published in Hindustan news paper on 22nd July 09. I would like to put all of yours attention in this case is totally fraud reason RAJARAM YADAV is no more in this world. He expired ten years back . This is plan of MLA Mr. Shukla to harassed us & put us into jail. Reason we are not giving our land to him & making complaints. It’s my humble request please look into the matter at earliest & save us from MLA Mr. Shukla. My father & family members are helpless & feeling unsafe. Any moment, any time, anything can happen to them. Finally feeling helpless, unsafe & not getting justice / solution, once again I am writing to all of you, hoping, my old and helpless father will get justice from all of you at an earliest. IMP : Mr. Shukla is capturing land of Harijans , Pasi, Patel,Yadav Pandits. Hed had forcefully taken signature on paper from a harijan old man & started construction illegaly from his land dated 26 Feb 2009. All of us are approaching to local administration but local administration is not taking any action against him. Please look into this matter at earliest & do the needful.
