Respected Sir, Sub: - Help for Flood Victim Advocates in Kurnool. **** I K.Narasimhulu S/o K.Penchalaiah resides in H.No.39-84-61, Bapuji nagar, kurnool. I belong to Scheduled Caste (madiga). I Completed B.Com, L.L.B. My enrollment number is A.P.1645/2004 on dated 19-08-2004 practicing as an advocate in kurnool bar association. On 02-10-2009 & 03-10-2009 flood effected in kurnool, 75% of kurnool area in water. I have faced so many problems on that two days. In that flood effected all Courts (district & jmfc, pdm courts), all files are damaged. In my house also same problem because it is near by Hundri River, within hours it occupied including first floor, there is no way to escaped. By god grace we are safe. We went to jagannadha gattu and stay there few days and it is only safest place in kurnool area. For food gone in to line and took food, I have face so many struggles in that situation. No body can help, after enter in to the house all are smash our house properties like T.V, VCD player, Rice, Oil, Cooking articles. Very sad about my office there is no Law books, furniture totally damaged, my computer also damaged, I love my library, but now there is no library for that I am not happy, my lively hood is in danger zone, sir I need your help and co-operation in economically and physically like (money or law books) for my recovery. Now I am not able to go to the court because of my coat also damaged. Sir I am totally service motive nature I serviced in SC/ST Court since two years for the sc/st victims ( like explain the how to gave evidence in court and about sc/st act relief), now my position is very bad kindly help me in any way.

Moreover I attend to the free service programes in kurnool area and help to the victims in my way with other socities. Finally I prayed to the respected sir my family and office all are damaged kindly help me. Thanking you sir,
