ABSTRACT: A man needs energy to survive. To fill up that energy level, he or she needs to eat. Therefore, eating is one of the most important tasks to do in daily life. One should concern about eating outside. There are many things to consider when eating outside. In private universities, students have classes all day long, so they have to stay there until they finish their classes. They have to take outside food. Most universities have their own cafeteria for students, teachers, and employees. In our research, we showed the students’ satisfaction on the food quality, managing system and environment of UIU cafeteria.
