Where the Pantheon is The Pantheon is in Rome, Italy, and of course, it is also the place where it was made. The Pantheon was built by Emperor Hadrian; his son built the forum of the Pantheon. Hadrian’s father was considered a god after he died. Because Hadrian was the son of a god, he built the pantheon for all gods, including his father. The Pantheon was completed in 128 A.D.
