 Proceed to initial evaluation Section  Wait for the assessment  Pay corresponding fees  Proceed to Fire Safety Inspection Section  Proceed to the next step, To get claiming stab.  Proceed to the next step which is the releasing of business permit.

Procedure:  Submit your accomplished application form and the requirements @ the brgy permit division.  Wait for the assessment  Pay corresponding fees STEP 2. RENEWAL OF BUSINESS/MAYOR’S PERMIT Requirements: Notarized Application Form SEC Registration Brgy Business Clearance Contract of Lease Cedula (PAYMENT OF CEDULA IS BASED ON GROSS RECEIPTS)  Financial Docs (2551Q, 1stQ to 4thQ )  Other Requirements will be done at city hall.     

Procedure  Get cedula at cedula division. ( Pay corresponding fees)
