The school as an organization will find interventions together with the help of the stakeholders inside and outside the community.There are three key result areas namely Access,Quality & Governance. The said plan should be evidencedbased, result-based and learner-based. The access here refers to the opportunities of the learners to be enrolled in school, quality discuesses the performance of the learners and governance denoted the effectivity and transparency of the governance itself.
