CHRISTIAN STEWART E. PELINGON 11 STEM A REFLECTION

More than a hundred of contestants from different sections, we thought of getting just on the 3 rd place will give make us proud on ourselves, but we exceeded the expectation we’ve made and we are so astonish as we get 1st place among them. But we don’t get that achievement at ease because pressure is fighting with us during the contest. On the first round, there’s a feeling of regret because some of our answer are correct on our first write but we kept changing and changing because weren’t that confident of our answers. So we said to ourselves that on the next rounds we should be constant and focus on our answers so that we will get those scores. Luckily, that motivates us to get a higher score during the double score and the final round and I’m so fulfilled that we get that achievement. I’m also thankful to my members because of the fighting spirit and the teamwork that they’ve put in within our group.

During the contest of Sudoku, as the facilitator said that we can start now, I rapidly turn the paper to front and start focusing and thinking where should I put the missing numbers. Playing Sudoku wasn’t that easy but having a great focus will get you to correct patterns. I was so careless to double check my paper because I was shaking and I wasn’t on my right focus. Watching all the contestants before I passed was a great feeling because no one had finished it yet. I’m the first one to finish it but suddenly I felt that I’ve put a number on the wrong place on my card and then my paper was back and sadly there’s only 1 number that I’ve got wrong on to and that’s the number 3. But, it’s okay because I’ve got the experienced to joined Sudoku contest for the first time. I hope that if I join it next year again I wouldn’t be reckless on placing those numbers on their right places.
