December 10, 2014 To Whom It May Concern: Ms. Lee served as the Band Director at ​Ridgeway Middle School​. It was a pleasure to see our young musicians encouraged and developed by Ms. Lee. It was evident that she paid attention to detail when her band students performed at athletic events, school concerts and even at the feeder schools. I had the opportunity to observe and witness Ms. Lee’s work on a few occasions and her students were engaged in the lesson and she was very receptive to professional advice. She was even driven to study and improve her professional practice, so she enrolled in a Doctoral program last spring. I recommend Ms. Lee for the opportunity that you have available, as it is a similar position to her position at ​Ridgeway Middle School​.
