Activities: a. Pre lesson:    

Teacher reads the text aloud. Pupils repeat after teacher. Teacher asks a few questions orally to check understanding. Teacher puts up a few pictures on the board. Teacher gets the pupils to talk about the picture. Teacher prompts questions to encourage active participation.

b. While lesson:  Mainstream: o Pupils work in groups. Pupils discuss and complete the table.  Linus: o Teacher guides the pupils to complete the table.  Teacher checks the answers with the pupils c. Post lesson:  Teacher gets the pupils to look at the questions in AB page 33  Teacher discusses the questions with the pupils and explains to pupils how to complete the table  Mainstream: o Pupils discuss the answers in pairs and write their answers in their activity book.  Linus: o Teacher distributes worksheet. Pupils fill in the blanks with the correct words.  Teacher checks the answers with the pupils.
