A key part of Ford's plan to save money calls for deepening partnerships with other automakers. This is a really smart move by Ford with its stock trading near a 6-year low. It can save their company and expand their trading business throughout the world. Using the resources of each other’s company they can benefit from each other. Volkswagen using the factory floor capacity of Ford and Ford using the collaboration they announced with South Africa and Europe where they are losing money. While Mahindra jointly developing their first vehicle together with Ford and Ford using the Indian automaker, Mahindra & Mahindra as a benchmark to bring down supplier cost in the region. This give and take plan of the Ford’s Co. CEO Jim Hackett is quite advantageous for all the companies involved. Even without the spokesperson of the companies giving any comments or hints to us for their actual plan I believe that Ford’s plan will succeed. Another thing that amaze me is the plan of Ford for this twin efforts is to remake ford in conjunction with the $11 billion outlined for the next three to five years because for needs to improve for profitability to develop electric and self-driving vehicles. Using electricity to power a car which almost more than half the population of the world is using can drastically reduce the pollution of our air. The success of this plan could also help the environment of our world. Which is a big factor with the worsening of the global climate change. Whilst it is essential for partners to share a common goal and to agree the hoped-for outcomes, impacts and business for their partnership as a whole, it is also important that partners recognise and accept that each partner organisation has the right to expect benefits that will be specific to them. The partnership as a whole will benefit from each individual partner organisation mitigating and managing risk effectively. It is therefore in the interests of each partner to be aware of and to contribute to lowering the risk for each partner organisation, wherever possible

RESTORE WHOLE ECOLOGY NOT JUST TREES, MINERS TOLD. Mining is the extraction of minerals and other geological materials of economic value from deposits on the earth. Mining has the potential to have severely adverse effects on the environment including loss of biodiversity, erosion, contamination of surface water, ground water, and soil. The statement that Robert Francisco of Taganito Mining Corp. should be taken seriously at the risk that if we only plant trees the wildlife may not be the same as before. Mining in overall only destroys the environment and ecology of the mining areas. That’s why there are rules and laws in mining which sadly some mining companies does not follow this laws. Which in return damages the environment and ecology and could also cause deaths in some cases. Revising the aims to something more smart like creating a multi-zone, composed of protection and production zones as said by Robert Francisco could solve the problem only by a minimum we must first ensure that all of them mining companies should follow first the moral rules cause revising it can make no change if the companies does not follow it. An example is the landslides cause by the recent typhoon that passed through our country. The mountains could naturally withstand the heavy wind and rainfall caused by the typhoon but because of the mining that is happening the strength and durability of the said terrain becomes weaker. Causing countless of deaths to animals and people nearby all because they did not restored and improved the palce that they have mined. This Article contains a lot of useful information on how to help our environment and ecology cause by mining. Hopefully it can reach to the people in the government with higher power that can do something to implement this faster. We will pay the price if we continue to destroy our world.
