Títol: ESTUDI DELS HÀBITS DE CONSUM DE BEGUDES ALCOHÒLIQUES DELS ALUMNES DE L’ESAB, L’EUETIB I FILOLOGIA DE LA UB.

Resum: Aquest treball és un estudi dels hàbits de consum de begudes alcohòliques de la població universitària que estudia a l’ESAB, l’EUETIB i la Facultat de Filologia de la Universitat de Barcelona. En concret hem estudiat la cervesa, el vi, el cava, els xupitos i els destil·lats, tot aprofundint en l’estudi del vi i el cava. Vam triar el mètode de l’enquesta per a conèixer a la població, per fer-ho vam elaborar un qüestionari, aquest consta de tres parts fonamentals: la primera inclou les dades sociodemogràfiques, la segona inclou dades sobre creences i informació i per últim tenim les dades de consum de begudes alcohòliques. Un cop vam finalitzar el treball de camp vam procedir al procés de codificació i tractament informàtic de les dades. Per tal de descriure les variables estudiades vam utilitzar l’anàlisi estadística. El treball consta de deu capítols on fem una introducció al tema, un comentari dels resultats i trobem unes conclusions satisfactòries.

Resumen: Este trabajo es un estudio de los hábitos de consumo de bebidas alcohólicas de la población universitaria que estudia en la ESAB, la EUETIB y la Facultad de Filología de la Universidad de Barcelona. En concreto hemos estudiado la cerveza, el vino, el cava, los chupitos y las bebidas destiladas, profundizando en el estudio del vino y el cava. Escogimos el método de la encuesta para conocer a la población, para hacerlo elaboramos un cuestionario, éste consta de tres partes fundamentales: la primera incluye los datos sociodemográficos, la segunda incluye datos sobre creencias y información y por último tenemos los datos de consumo de bebidas alcohólicas. Una vez finalizado el trabajo de campo procedimos al proceso de codificación y tratamiento informático de los datos. Para describir las variables estudiadas utilizamos el análisis estadístico. El trabajo consta de diez capítulos donde hacemos una introducción al tema, un comentario de los resultados y encontramos unas conclusiones satisfactorias.

Summary: This work is a study of the habits of consumption of the university population's alcoholic drinks that he/she studies in the ESAB, the EUETIB and the Ability of Philology of the University of Barcelona. In short we have studied the beer, the wine, the cava, the “chupitos” and the distilled drinks, deepening in the study of the wine and the cava. We chose the method of the survey to know the population, to make it we elaborate a questionnaire, this consists of three fundamental parts: the first one includes the data sociologic and demography, the second it includes data it has more than enough beliefs and information and lastly we have the data of consumption of alcoholic drinks. Once concluded the field work proceeded to the code process and computer treatment of the data. To describe the studied variables we use the statistical analysis. The work consists of ten chapters where we make an introduction to the topic, a comment of the results and we find some satisfactory conclusions.
