Proposal For Jaipur Open 2017 1. Acknowledgement: Rajasthan State Sports Council as “Associate Partner” of Jaipur Open Golf Championship to be held at Rambagh Golf Club from 13th -17th September, 2017 2. Deliverables : A) Associate Partnership rights of the championship to RSSC and the same to communicated across all marketing & communications done for the event i.e. Television, Print, On-Ground and Digital. B) Consumer Experience: “RSSC” to have an exclusive opportunity and dedicated space to showcase/promote the brand/highlight projects during all days of the event. C) Brand Display: Prominent signage/kiosk area’s earmarked for RSSC to display brand image and projects at the venue during the event. D) Logo Presence: Logo visibility of “RSSC” on all common marketing and promotional collaterals of the event i.e. Press Conference & Prize Presentation Backdrops, Scoreboard, Entry Arches, Letterheads, Press Dockets, Banners etc. E) RSSC’s dedicated runner-boards of size 8 ft X 4 ft, Flags, Stand boards to be placed at prime locations across the course and at strategic locations around the key holes from the ‘Point-of- High Visibility’. F) RSSC display boards for tournament pictures & press write Ups. G) RSSC to be a part of digital promotion done by our Digital Marketing Partner – Sportskeeda and Logo of RSSC to be incorporated on all marketing & promotions done for the event. H) RSSC’s logo presence on the PGTI website & other social media accounts. The logo will be linked up to the website of “RSSC” or an interactive web page will be designed to highlight the association with the PGTI. I)

K) Press Conference: Exclusive mileage and visibility to RSSC on the press conferences with PGTI’s brand ambassador. Also a joint press release to be issued giving highlighting RSSC’s association with the event. L) Image Rights: Rights to use images for marketing and promotional purposes M) RSSC’s logo presence and mention on all tournament related press coverage, TV news coverage, press release to the media and coverage in golf magazines, publications and sports channels. 3. The Sports Channel: Our television partner TEN GOLF & Ten One part of Ten Sports group will cover the main event and produce an episode from the tournament which runs multiple times on the channel. Episode will cover special coverage of the tournament, stories on the event and dedicated promos to be featured on the channel for the promotion of the event. Additionally PGTI will put best efforts to highlight and promote the RSSC’s brand image and incorporate it in the dedicated event show. ET Now as a news channel partner promotes our tournaments through the exclusive promos and capsules. Bytes of RSSC’s key representatives would be featured in the capsule made for the event.
One full page advertisement of RSSC to be published in the Golf Plus magazine. RSSC’spromotional note highlighting association with PGTI to be published in the Golf Plus magazine.
Hospitality Invitees:
RSSC shall be entitled to invite their guests for hospitality and social gatherings (lunch/dinner)
6. Pro-Am Invitations :
RSSC will be entitled to invite 6 of their guests to play in the PRO-AM event of the championship.
7. RSSC Talent Hunt: 6 Amateur competitive golfers of the Rajasthan state recommended by RSSC will get an opportunity to participate in the Jaipur Open 2017
