We thank you for your enquiry and have pleasure in offering you the following quotation for your consideration. SPECIFICATION OF WORK To clean and polish existing studded rubber floors in both Ross House, Mount Vernon Road and Mount Vernon House, Lowwood Park, Belfast. • Floors would be swept or dry vacuumed to remove dust, grit and debris. • Application of a solution of emulsion polish stripper, diluted to the manufacturers instructions and left for approximately 15minutes. • Machine scrubbed with a 150-175rpm machine fitted with scrubbing brush. • Wet slurry to be removed with a wet vacuum. • Floor rinsed with clean warm water to be lifted with a wet vacuum and allowed to dry. • Application of 3nr thin coats of emulsion polish in accordance with manufacturers instructions.
