Methodology

Over the years we have carefully evolved a successful and powerful project methodology called the 'PDCA' to ensure delivery of projects on-time, on budgets and to clients expectations. Commercial 

Total Consulting Charges: Rs.175000/- to be paid in four installment as per the following schedule    

   

Rs.50000/- along with PO as an advance Rs.75000/- Internal Auditors Training, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow Diagram, SPC/MSA Rs.30000/- after the release of Policy Manuals, Procedure, Instructions, work formats, date sheet etc. Rs.20000/- On recommendation for certification

Travel expenses: Local taxi charges shall be charged Rs.10/Km. Stay :To be arranged by the client. Food: To be arranged by the client. Internal expenses: 





Service tax

Dedicated Manpower as system executive each in three locations to co-ordinate internally, with consultants and certification agency Cost of creating document, photocopy, a computer

shall be charged extra as applicable 11

Terms and Conditions    





  

The consulting work shall start after the formal acceptance from your organization. The activities shall start as per the schedule indicated above. Our services include training programs and assistants in preparing the documents. You will have to designate a management representative (MR) to interface within your organization, certification agencies and with us. We expect that preparation and certification can be achieved with the 4 to 6 months’ time provided your company imbibes to mutually agreed plans. Release payments as per the activities plan by D/D or Cheque in favor of “ Qsys Esolutions Pvt Ltd” payable at Delhi, India, failing of which may lead to stoppage of work. Fee for certification body is not the part of the consultant fee and is to be paid to the certification agency directly. Other expenses as required etc. should be borne by the client. The quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of submission. 12

Terms and Conditions-contd--





Qsys shall exercise all the skills available with it. All diligence shall be exercised in the discharge of the services agreed to be performed. Since implementation of the Management Systems requires involvement of personnel from all activities, hence, company must involve personnel from all such disciplines for the successful completion of the contract.



The time frame given stated is subject to  a) Manpower made available and their active involvement with QSYS experts;  b) Timely provision of financial resources;  c) Secretarial services provided to Qsys experts at the company; and  d) Force Majeure clause



All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only. In case after implementation and certification, your company still requires some assistance in operation and maintenance of the system, we would be willing to provide such services on request and at such terms and conditions as may be mutually 13 agreed upon at appropriate time.



AGREEMENT OF CONFIDENTIALITY



All correspondence, the contents of this offer and the discussions that take place subsequently shall be treated and retained in complete confidence by both QSYS and your organization. This offer shall not be copied and distributed without the written concurrence of both the parties.



We will sign a confidentially agreement with your company if so desired by Feedback Ventures on signing this contract.
