Scope: - To educate all personnel who want to enter the cleanroom need to wear proper cleanroom garment requirement.

Equipment Used: Jumpsuit, Hair cover,mask, gloves( powder-free)and booties

Procedure: a)

Step 1 Be sure to remove all jewellery and make up before entering facility to gown.

b)

Step 2 Step the sticky mat, lifting feet up and down, several times, When entering the facility

Step 3 Put on the disposable face mask and have cover completely. Refer to doc. No: QA/IT/W15

d)

Step 4 Wearing the jumpsuit and be careful to do not let the gown touch the floor

Step 5 Put on booties

Step 6 Put on the the glove(powder-free). Place these gloves on the hand properly and make sure no gap. g)

Step 7 Used full length mirror to ensure that all your cleanroom apparel in correctly and properly

Step 8 Before opening the air shower room step on the sticky mat in front of shower room.Pls ensure the door close properly

Step 9 Air shower will automatically operate when you enter the air shower room. Pls turn your body 360 degree for 20 second j)

Step 10 After air shower room finish operate, exit door will open automatically.

Step 11 Open the interior room sliding door and enter the cleanroom directly and close it properly and make sure no gap.

Checking Criteria : - Must ensure before enter the cleanroom facility should follow this work intruction

Acceptable Criteria : Cannot see formal shirt is acceptable and gap
