Prologue For Wos

1. Prologue 2. 3. One thousand years ago, in space there were two meteors 4. heading into each other: The Mana Meteor, and the Dragon Meteor. When both of 5. these meteors collided with each other something magical happened; they combined their 6. energies and the explosion from them merging created planets and galaxies that could sustain life 7. far and wide. The energy went into a small planet’s ground and created many 8. wondrous creatures, but three intelligent races were chosen to rule over the 9. rest of the others. The Rameions, the Humans, and the Eurians kept the world in 10. harmony until one power-hungry human trapped a sleeping Eurian and killed it, 11. hoping to absorb its elemental powers to become stronger. 12. 13. When he did so, he became a terrifying being; a twisted shadow form of himself. 14. The twisted form roamed the beautiful land and left a path of destruction in his 15. wake. It was after destroying the human’s city the humans tried to think of a way to 16. destroy him. 17. 18. One night, when a human child was sleeping he had a dream. In 19. the dream a divine voice told the child to tell the rest of the races to chain 20. the being while he was slumbering in order to destroy him. When the child woke, 21. he told the races of his dream and they set out to the lair of the twisted man with 22. chains and chained him. 23. 24. When the being awoke he howled with rage. When he did, 25. golden arrows pierced what was left of its heart; killing the beast. But when 26. the beast's form was unmoving, its heart shattered and all the energy that was once 27. the Eurians' changed into six elemental spirits. The races were amazed, and

28. wondered what being could have the power to do such a thing. It was when a golden spirit 29. appeared in front of them that everyone realized that the being that saved them all 30. was the spirit of the Eurian that the human man had killed. 31. 32. The being took two of the arrows off the ground and changed them into two spheres, and asked the 33. Mana spirit to put some of its energy into one of them and the Eurian spirit 34. put some of its power in the other. He presented the blue sphere to the Rameions 35. and the red sphere to the Eurians. He then ordered the two races to protect the orbs from harm. 36. Afterward, he gave the little boy who had helped bring the races to work together and stop the 37. twisted being the ability to control the mana inside different metals. The spirits 38. left the beings to themselves and everything was peaceful. But this is only the 39. beginning; one thousand years later, the world would never be the same…
