The users can create profiles and add/delete/modify their stock information as interested. Also, they can view the historical stock data. • It will provide flexibility to view stocks and prevent the negative customer experience. Users can link of their stock data which benefits them in storing their own interested data. Product Characteristics • Stock Monitoring System is a software application • It will provide the live stock data and its graphical representation • It will collect the data and store it in database every 15 minutes • The historical stock data is available for users Deliverables Project Management-Related Deliverables: • Business Requirements • Business Case • Project infrastructure set up (tools & processes) • Project Charter • Gantt Chart and Project Schedule • Technical Feasibility • Technical Architecture Strategy • Work Breakdown Structure Product-Related Deliverables: • Web Service • Software application’s part pulling the data from the Web Service and storing it in the database. The data is entered into the database every 15 minutes. • The database is a relational database designed already before the application can store the database. • The application will pull the data from the database it display it to respectable users of the application.
Project Success Criteria: • Key Performance Indicators (KPI) (KPI) are met. i.e. the factors that will tell the objectives of the project are met. These could be the numbers/statistics to tell the success. o The objective of the project is to monitor the stock information and integrate the data so that users can keep record of their stocks. o It will help the stock watchers to arrange their stocks.
