Provisions:

1. Booths are 8-ft by 10 ft with pipes, drapes, tablecloths, table skirts and two chairs; the exception is the Readers Room, which will be table with cloth and two chairs only. Booth fee is for both Saturday and Sunday; arrangements must be made and approved ahead of time special circumstances, i.e., additional chairs needed, one day rental, etc.. Security will be provided Saturday night for the park and the center 2. Participants will set-up and break down their own booths. Booth set-up begins at Friday (see the website for times). A SOLE staff member or volunteer will be available at check-in to answer any questions. 3. Electricity and water are not readily available (note outlet locations on maps, included below); water is only available from the kitchen or restroom. Please indicate if electricity and water are necessary for your display. You must supply your own UL Listed extension cords, all cords are subject to inspection for safety and must be not be tripping hazards. 4. Indicate your first, second and third choices for booth location selections from the proposed diagram included with this packet. We will do our best to fulfill all requests on a first come, first served basis 5. You are responsible for maintenance and cleanup of your booth area, and disposal of your own trash in an environmentally-friendly, safe and legal manner. Your area must be clean and vacated by 6:00 p.m. Sunday. 6. For safety reasons, no open flames, burning of incense, or smudging will be permitted inside the building; open flames, burning of incense or smudging outside in the park will be not be allowed if there is a safety or health hazard. 7. Participants are responsible for any local, state, or federal laws applicable to their business, including all up-to-date liability insurance. Also, participants agree to collect and remit all sales tax, pay any business fee and/or government fines as legally required. 8. Spirit Of Light Expo, Inc., reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Expo participant without a reason and with a full refund of any booth fees received. This includes prior to and during the event. 9. The Spirit Of Light Expo, Inc. and the City of Pensacola reserve the right to reject and immediately dismiss any exhibitor, agent, employee, contractor or attendee for violation of any terms herein or for just cause. 10. Spirit Of Light Expo, Inc., is for educational and entertainment purposes only. The planning committee and sponsors, wholly or individually, are not responsible for any negligence, claims or actions of the participants; we pledge to do our best to maintain the integrity and respectability of the event for the highest good of all concerned. 11. Please include your bio, picture, press kit, and/or other marketing materials along with this agreement, if available, for promotional purposes. All fees and agreement forms must be received in our office by the October 1, 2009 deadline. 12. Spirit Of Light Expo, Inc. is for educational, informational and entertainment purposes only. The planning committee and sponsors, wholly or individually, are not responsible for any negligence, claims or actions of the participants of the Spirit Of Light Expo 2009 event.
