A sample cell,1 inchi 10 ml beakers were provided. The multi-cell Adapter with the 1-inchi square cell holder facing user. A square sample cell was filled with 10mL of sample. The contents of one NitriVer 3 Nitrite Reagent powder Pillow was added. The sample was swirl to dissolved and a pink colour were appeared. For blank presentation, a second sample cell was filled with original sample and a gas bubble in the water has been removed by swirled and tapped the bottom of the cell on the table. Next, the spectrophotometer was switch on and a method from stored program (375 N, Nitrite LR PP) was selected. The original sample was insert into the spectrophotometer and press ZERO and the 0mg/l will showed at display. Next, the prepared sample was inserted into the cell holder. The reading of concentration of the sample has been recorded.

A 25-mL graduated mixing cylinder with 15mL of sample The contents of one NitraVer6 Reagent Powder Pillow has been added to the cylinder Stopper. The cylinder was been shaked vigorously in 3-minute. After that, the 10ml of the sample was poured carefully into a clean square. For sample preparation, the contents of one NitriVer 3 Reagent Powder pillow has been added into the sample cell. Shaked the sample cell gently in 30 seconds until the colour changes into light pink. After that, a 15 minute reaction period will begin. For blank preparation, the second sample with 10ml of original sample has been fiiled and a gas bubbles in the water has been removed by swired and tapped the battom of the cell on the table. Next, the beaker with the blank sample was put inside the machine and sample no 351 were selected. Pressed the start button and select zero to start the reading. The value of the concentration was recorded. After that, put the sample inside the machine and the concentration of the sample has been recorded..
