Budget for Education  is the highest; but  INSUFFICIENT.

1. The unwavering faith of the people.

Filipinos are very religious people. The flames of faith that seem to have died in other western and European nations is still burning in the hearts of Filipinos and give us the SOURCES OF HOPE

2. The increasing social awareness and concern for social change and development. Today, particularly the youth sector, are becoming more aware of their responsibility as citizen. We see increasing number of Filipinos who are willing to take part not only in different social issues. The hearts of many Filipinos have already been ignited to be concerned and work for SOURCES OF HOPE

3.The growing number of NGO’s and PO’s [people’s org.] The NGO’s and PO’s provide the needed support for our ailing society from the grassroots. These org. are becoming the sources and catalysts of change in our society.
