Introduction What is Immersion? Immersion or work immersion is one of the course requirements for graduation. A Senior High School student has to undergo Work Immersion in an industry that directly relates to the student’s post secondary goal. Through Work Immersion, the students are exposed to and become familiar with work-related environment related to their field of specialization to enhance their competence. Specifically, the students are able to: (i) gain relevant and practical industrial skills under the guidance of industry experts and workers; (ii) appreciate the importance and application of the principles and theories taught in school; (iii) enhance their technical knowledge and skills; (iv) enrich their skills in communication and human relations; and (v) develop good work habits, attitudes, appreciation, and respect for work. These prepare them to meet the needs and challenges of employment or higher education after graduation. How does immersion help in the development of your skills? This program may help to develop my skills through socialize and doing tasks. Because of those tasks and works that I did in immersion, my multi-tasking skills and confidence developed and improved. And also I have learned many things or knowledge not only helped to development my skills and also it may use to my daily lives and in my future jobs.

Does immersion prepare you to your chosen field? Explain. Yes of course, with the help of knowledge that I learned here I can use it in my chosen field. Like what I’ve learned that you should have high self-esteem or selfconfidence, because you need it wherever you go or whatever job you can get.

I. BACKGROUND A. Nature of Activity The nature of activity I have been was Work Immersion. B. Host Institution The students or practitioner were undergo work immersion was from Lipa City Senior High School. C.Venues and Dates The practitioner diploid in Boy Scout of the Philippines- Lipa City Council started at 8:00 in the morning until 5:00 in the afternoon. It is located in Old Engr'ng City Hall Compound, B. Morada St. Brgy. Uno, Lipa City, Batangas 4217 Lipa, Batangas. D.Objectives 1. To improve or enhance our skills or to discover our hidden talent or skills through immersion. 2. To know what are the benefits or importance of taking immersion 3. To know what we’re really want to be or to decide what our chosen career through Immersion.

II. Agenda Highlights A. Brief Overviews Lipa City Senior High School diploid us to the Boy Scout of the Philippines. January 9, 2018 started our training which is the immersion, Sir Cesar Catapang, who is the OIC-Council Scout Executive, oriented us about what are Boy Scout Philippines really or what are the situations of their management and also he told us what we’re going to do, time pass we already proceed to our task or activity. January 16, which is our second day of our immersion, each of us has a specific task. Some were assigned on printing while the others are cutting and putting printed ID’s in the case. All coordinator was busy at January 23 because of Jamborette which is going to be held at 25 th day of January at Pangao, Lipa City. Folding and recording that’s what we did on our 4th day which is January 30, 2018 and Ms. Rose Pacanza was one who is in-charged to guide us. We were record all the names of all participants in the Laptop alphabetically. We were not quite busy at February 06, 2015, which is our 5th day of our immersion. Mr. Cesar Catapang asked us to fold and keep the scout’s clothes at proper place, and since no more activities or task, Mr. Catapang told us to do what we like to do. At the next day of our immersion, easy task was associated for us. Ms. Rose asked us to check the list and encode the names of all participants of scout. February 20, 2018 which is the last day of our immersion, we proceed to our tasks for today. Ms. Rose was in-charge to guide us, she assigned for some paper works and after those, we task to fold some clothes that be needed to the Bicol Region. Since this is the last day of our immersion, We gave some token to all coordinator who accommodate and guide us to finish our immersion here at Boy Scout Philippines And also we gave them gifts for gratitude to them that they are became part of our journey as a senior high school student. 4
