Noise pollution is at its worst in densely populated areas. It can cause hearing loss, stress, high blood pressure, sleep loss, distraction, and lost productivity.

How can pollution be stopped • By growing more and more trees. • By throwing garbage and other waste of houses at proper dumping places. • Tall chimneys fitted with filters are used to let out smoke and gases from factories. • Factories are located in areas away from places where people live.
