This information was retrieved from poe.trade. Sequentially searching for each mod name (i.e. Tacati, Matatl...) Then sequentially showing only each item type (i.e. Claw, Dagger, Amulet, Ring...) Then sequentially sorted by a mod (i.e inc Spell Dmg) and noting down each full mod (i.e. Flat chaos dmg & inc Atk Spd) Then excluding items with those mods by showing the results without them.
Following that, it means there may be mods i've missed because they simply were not shown as poe.trade is limited to sh However I'm confident enough that these are all the possilble mods to make the list public, enjoy.
P.S. It took about 6 hours to put this together and probably would take another 6 hours to add approximations at best to th P.S cont. you can assume they're all at least on par with tier one rolls and if your curious about exact numbers can do a po P.P.S I'm also hoping this'll be enough for the data miners to pinpoint the info so we'll know what the ranges are exactly.
