Applicant is requesting minor subdivision with variances to consolidate the existing lots and create two new separate lots of record; with one lot retaining the existing residential structure and one lot available to be developed with a single-family residential dwelling. Applicant is also requesting any other variances or waivers deemed necessary by the Board.
