Applicant is requesting minor subdivision approval with variances to consolidate the existing lots and create two new separate lots for construction of two new single family homes. Applicant is also requesting any other variances or waivers deemed necessary by the Board. Attorney has requested application be continued to December 6, 2007 meeting.

New Business: Anthony Genovesi 126 Winterwood Avenue Block 105, Lots 72 & 74 IP3 Zone

Applicant is requesting preliminary and final site plan approval, variances and lot consolidation in order to construct an addition to the existing structure, of which 3,968 square feet shall be warehouse space and 432 square feet shall be office space. Applicant is also requesting any other variances or waivers deemed necessary by the Board.

Applicant is requesting minor subdivision and lot consolidation with variances and waivers to create two conforming lots under the R2 requirements.
