Please explain, what's the VISION, MISSION, GOAL, STRATEGIC PLAN, TECHNICAL PLAN, AND OPERATIONAL PLAN? A vision is a public declaration that schools or other educational organizations use to describe their highlevel goals for the future what they hope to achieve if they successfully fulfill their organizational purpose or mission. A mission is a public declaration that schools or other educational organizations use to describe their founding purpose and major organizational commitments, what they do and why they do it. A goal is a desired result or possible outcome that a person or a system envisions, plans and commits to achieve: a personal or organizational desired end-point in some sort of assumed development. A strategic plan is a document used to communicate with the organization the organizations goals, the actions needed to achieve those goals and all of the other critical elements developed during the planning exercise. Technical Planning are the activities and efforts to formulate the details of the plan as the basis and guidance for a certain action within a certain scope and on a micro scale and technical nature. An Operational Plan is a detailed plan used to provide a clear picture of how a team, section or department will contribute to the achievement of the organisation's strategic goals.
