PLAN DESCRIPTION Plan #1 General Site Plan This includes the three construction sectors of the project. • Sector 1 consists of 6 eleven-story buildings plus a majority of the outside amenities. • Sector 2 consists of an eleven-story building. It also includes some amenities and will include the main lobby entrance for the hotel. • Sector 3 will be a 6 or 7 story building. It will include the conference center, and a casino and entertainment area. It faces the main “Costanera” highway. Plan #2 Sector #1 Site Plan. This includes: • The 6 eleven-story buildings: Building 1 and 6 are “Staircase” in form and buildings 2, 3 and 4 are square eleven story buildings. o The amenities shown here include:  Sand beach entrance to the main pool  20,000 sq. ft. pool with islands and a wet bar  1,300 ft. long Lazy River pool which ends up in the pool  Wet/Dry sports bar in an open cavern with a waterfall that commences the Lazy River  Boulevard for skating, walking and biking  Children’s playground. Probably to include wet games  Casual restaurant  Health and Beauty spa  Dressing rooms  XXX sq ft. “Tranquility” lake facing the boulevard  Gourmet restaurant and bar facing the lake  Las Vegas style musical fountain which will face the boulevard and be a local tourist attraction  Convenience store area facing the boulevard  The lobby, which can serve as reception area for hotel customers going to this building. This will serve temporarily as sector #1 will be built first and will superseded by the lobby area in sector #2 once this is built.  A transportation center for the 2-minute trolley ride to the beach club. Plan #3 is a site plan of Section #3 Building shows the lower two levers are parking spots. The top 9 are residential/hotel areas. Plan #4 is a site view of the sector 1 building which shows the spa’s which will be positioned on the balconies. Plan #5 is a site plan of sector 2 which includes: • Two “Staircase” buildings on the ends. Buildings 7 and 9 and a square central building (building 8). • 15 stories high building



Tennis court, beach volleyball court and a smaller swilling pool with a beach entrance. • A lobby entrance facing the boulevard. What is shown in the plans is basically a “place holder” and requires work. Plan #6 Site plans of the parking areas for sector #2. Plan #7 Side view of the sector 2 building. Plan #8 Architectonic site views and internal distributions for the central (building 8) of sector #2 • This distribution – which necessarily varies from the distribution from the “staircase” buildings - includes 1 and 2 bedroom condominiums with lockouts. • The apartments are designed to work for the condominium and hotel program. Plan #9 - #13 show typical internal distributions for the staircase buildings. • The lower floors are designed to be around the 430 sq ft. size condo hotel units. • The higher are larger units • The corner units are designed to be sold together with lockouts. All condominiums looking towards the ocean have spas in the terraces. Plan #14 - #16 show the internal distributions utilized for condominium residences. These distributions are larger. They work for the “square” buildings. • We have sold quite a number of them in the square buildings of sector #1 (the 11-story buildings). • All residences have a spa on the terrace Plan #17 shows a site plan for the conference center, casino, and entertainment center building. It faces the “Costanera” highway Plan #18 is the parking area for Sector #3. Plan #19 is the site view of Sector #3. Plan #20 is a plan view of the Sector #3 buildings. • The lower two floors are casino, disco and restaurants. • The next two floors are office space. • The top floor will be conference center and meetings rooms.
