Pizza de legume colorata Timp de preparare: cca 3/4 ora. Cca 730 kcal/portie. Se serveste cu un pahar de chianti (vin). Ingrediente 1 aluat dospit conform retetei 1 lingura ulei cite un ardei rosu, galben, verde 100 g praz 4 ardei iuti murati 300 g broccoli (sau conopida) 1 catel de usturoi 100 g pasta de tomate 200 g rosii in bulion (conserva) piper macinat proaspat boia de ardei dulce oregano sfaramat 200 g cascaval Mod de preparare 1. Se prepara aluatul. Se unge o forma pentru pizza. ardeii se taie in doua, se curata si se taie cuburi. Prazul se taie rondele. Ardeii murati se taie marunt. Broccoli sau conopida se desface in bucati, iar tulpina se taie felii. 2. Usturoiul se zdrobeste si se amesteca cu pasta de tomate si cu rosiile. Cuptorul se incalzeste la 220C. 3. Din aluat se intinde o foaie de marimea formei de pizza, se asaza in aceasta si se unge cu pasta de tomate. Se asaza legumele uniform peste pasta de tomate, se condimenteaza cu sare, piper, boia si oregano si se presara cu cascaval. Se coace in cuptor circa 20 de minute.
