Reasons details for granting time extension:

a) the work remained suspended due to bad weather for a long period from in different periods due to Heavy snow/rain fall. b) Qty of work has increased 62% above the BOQ, so it requires additional 225 days for completing the revised volume of work. c) There were so many days work has stopped due to local strikes, holiday etc in the working season.
