CIRCULAR Ph.D. Research scholars completed/to be completed the maximum period of 6 years as of June 2009 have to send their request to the office of Centre for Research, Anna University Chennai, for an extension of six months upto December 2009, with the recommendation of the Doctoral Committee on or before 31.5.2009. The minutes of the Doctoral Committee should specifically recommend for extension and duly signed by all members including the HOD of the supervisor. If the research scholar fails to apply for the extension, he/she will not be permitted to pay the fees for July 2009 Session and his/her registration shall be cancelled and the name will be removed from the rolls.
