 Assist the project lead and team in formulation of action plans and processes in successful and effective project delivery, and in-line with OG objectives and strategies to build and grow technical competencies.  Proactively coordinate and effectively engage with team members in ensuring timely project execution and managing end-to-end implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control in compliance with project requirements/deliverables and client’s expectations.  Actively take part in project discussions and the decision-making process. Proactively supports team lead and members to achieve win-win outcomes and project goals, with positive feedback from team members/clients.  Actively builds strong relationships and rapport with team members, clients and stakeholders to achieve win-win outcomes and OG Strategies.

 Timely and accurate review of submissions (QA/QC) meeting project requirements.  Timely and accurate delivery of reports to comply with projects requirements and client’s expectations and meeting tender calling dates.  Implement effective workflows and process, Quality control and Quality Assurance work effectively with time and resources to meet project deliverables and OG strategies.  Formulation & development of Quality control and quality Assurance effectively follow-up for smooth workflows.  Planning,scheduling,coordination and execution of project, lead and supervise project closely to conform to specification, quality and delivery schedule up to client’s expectations  Review project specifications and develop, Amend Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (QCP/ITP), Quality Control Procedures, Quality Control Instructions, MSRA for Project requirements.  Review Contract documents, Technical specifications and drawings for welding requirements, initiate necessary action for additional qualifications.  Demonstrate technical competencies and continual improvement in Quality Assurance and Quality Control all functions.  Takes initiative to embark on continual improvement and growth in Mechanical, Tankage, and C & S and Piping construction works. 

Develop and Review Welding Procedure Qualification Record (WPQR), Preparing, Qualifying Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Coordination with Testing Laboratory and Third Party Inspection Agencies, Welder/Welding Operator Qualification etc.

Monitoring & Ensuring that welding/NDT activities are carried out by Contractors in accordance with approved welding/NDT procedure specifications, Method statements, Project specifications, Project procedures and relevant Codes & Standards



Prepare & review Nonconformance report, follow up and then manage the corrective action and Preventive action to rectify/close the NCR.



Coordinate with customer’s representative on all quality matters, distribute relevant qaqc work and documents to site QA/QC team & contractors.



Review contractor/suppliers piping and structural quality documents such as WPS, PQR, WQT, NDE, Painting and testing procedure as per project requirement and specification



Monitoring Inspection and supervision of NDT/Painting activities carried out at Construction sites and/or Contractor's workshops in accordance with approved ITP requirements



Monitoring inspection and review all quality records & reports such as welding,painting,NDT,PWHT,holidaytest,hydrotest,Flushing,Air blowing/steam blowing, pigging & N2 purging,reinstatement,Punch handling activities.
