Knows and understands the main concepts of performance management (from the strategy and vision, customer, internal business process, learning and innovation and finance point of view). 2. Defines the strategy and vision of a business. 3. Analyses a business from the Balanced Scorecard point of view (strategy and vision, learning and innovation, customer, financial and internal business processes). 4. Develops performance management tools (based on the strategy map, balanced scorecard). 5. Relates the performance management tool to the business’ strategy and vision. 6. Demonstrates individual responsibility when designing and describing a performance management tool. 7. Supports claims with data in verbal and written communication. 8. Communicates quantitative data in an efficient and effective way. 9. Communicates qualitative information in an efficient and effective way. 10. Writes a succinct professional product. 11. Discusses subjects related to performance management. 12. Considers the involved stakeholders in the development of the products. 13.
