The march intends to symbolize inter-faith solidarity for peace, against nuclear enrichment and civil war in Burma and to commemorate the peaceful march of Burmese monks that was violently crushed on September 18th 2007. The route of the march will pass by Mae Sot City Park and end at the bridge, where there will be an inter-faith prayer for the world. Over one hundred people will join together, including 10 monks.
