PASTE CU PUI SI SMANTANA

Cui nu ii plac pastele? Sunt rapide, satioase si se pot face in nenumarate feluri. The sky is the limit! Ne trebuie: 200-300 g carne de pui 2 cepe 1/2 ardei rosu ulei 100 ml vin alb cca 300 g paste parmezan (in lipsa, puteti inlocui cu cascaval) 1 catel de usturoi 200ml smantana sare, piper Cum se fac: Se fierb pastele in apa cu sare, conform instructiunilor, se scurg si se trec prin jet de apa rece. Carnea de pui se taie in cubulete si se prajeste in f. putin ulei.

Ceapa se taie marunt si se prajeste in ulei, adaugam si ardeiul taiat cubulete. Turnam vinul si lasam sa fiarba pana mai scade linchidul.

Turnam smantana (eu am folosit smantana dulce pt gatit), mai amestecam putin pe foc

Apoi stingem focul si adaugam usturoiul, parmezanul, carnea, sare, piper.

Omogenizam sosul si turnam pastele in el.
