Resolution No. ___ Series of 2017 “RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT FUND INVESTMENT FUND AND THE BARANGAY DISASTER RISK AND REDUCTION MANANGEMENT PLAN FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2017” Whereas, republic act no. 10121, otherwise known as the Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction and Management act of 2010 was signed into law on May 27, 2010 which amends the Presidential Decree No. 1566 and all other related laws, decrees, executive orders and issuances; Whereas, the said law mandates formulation and its implemetation of a comprehensive and integrated Barangay Disaster Risk and Reduction Management Plan also known as BDRRM plan in accordance with the framework as prescribed under ra 10121; whereas, the bdrrm plan was formulated in a planning-workshop and approved by the barangay development council; whereas, the committee en bance of this sanggunian conducted a review of the matter and was able to establish the following; a. the 5% bdrrm fund for cy 2017 was appropriated in the following manner; preparedness/mitigation (70%) quick response fund (30%) now, therefore, on motion of barangay kagawad alsharif j. ismael, unanimously seconded by all the members present, be it; resolved, as it is hereby resolved, to approve the 2017 barangay diaster risk and reduction management fund investment plan of barangay tulay, jolo, sulu. resolved further that copies of this resolution be furnished to the office of the mlgoo, mdrrmc and the municipal accountant for information and appropriate action. unanimously adopted. i hereby certify to the correctness of the foregoing resolution. certified correct: munthazel halipa barangay secretary
