Chronic Pancreatitis • Recurrent acute pancreatitis→ exocrine & endocrine tissue deficiency. • Clinical features: malnutrition, wt loss, steatorrhea • USG,CT,MRI • Treatment: low fat diet, no alcohol, Lipase, PPI, Associated diabetes is treated
Carcinoma of Pancreas • Obstructive jaundice-painless • Enlarge GB • Upper abdominal pain
