Completely Integrated Pallet Handling Solutions At JBT Corporation we provide more than products – we provide solutions. We will gladly accept the role of integrating our AGV system with other equipment and software to deliver a complete pallet handling solution.

Simulations To ensure all pallet movements are seamlessly coordinated, JBT Corporation can create a computer model of the material flow to simulate actual operation and accurately predict what can be expected from the AGV system.

Software Our SGV Manager software which controls and monitors the AGV system, can communicate with production, ERP and warehouse management (WMS) software to determine the pallet movement requirements and track materials.

Plant Equipment JBT Corporation AGV systems can interface with many different types of plant equipment including palletizers, stretch wrappers, ASRS systems, conveyors & racking. Sensors onboard the vehicles allow for communication with plant equipment, and ensure smooth transfer of pallets between the AGV and fixed equipment.
