Computer training costs Per-hour costs for equivalent computer training classes range from $35 per hour up to $200 per hour. Even using the low end of the range, Pablo Creek’s free computer classes provided almost $50,000 worth of equivalent value for the community in FY2007/2008, and close to $40,000 so far in the current fiscal year.

Hosting yearly AARP Tax-Aide program Per AARP: Pablo Creek clients who used Tax-Aide program “saved $38,125 in tax preparation fees and received $84,557 earned income tax credit and $41,125 child tax credits, a return of $163,807 to the community from the Pablo Creek Library site alone. Resume & Job Hunting workshops in May 2009 81 total participants Free craft programs, story hours, movie showings, book club, anime club and more provide a significant cost savings in free entertainment for the community. Membership & participation in Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce Professional Women’s Council (PWC).
