AGM 2008 CRO Mathieu Dagonas present on this portion of the call to take  questions and discuss his report.  Mathieu Dagonas thanked for his work.   Discussion of the meaning of “adopting” of the CRO’s report  o David Valentin suggests that under Roberts Rules, adopting would be  an endorsement   o Vote to endorse the CRO’s report moved by Damien O’Brien   In favour: Sam Smitiuch, Christina Cindric, Taleen, Radey  Barrack, Denise Lam, Jonny Wypych, Jacquie Alderton, Damien  O’Brien   Against: Adam Leclair, Mark Ungar, David Valentin, Pia Marin,  Mike Frisina, Alex Crombie

Radey Barrack moves to omnibus debate and vote on Governance Manual  amendments 601 and 602 circulated by Jacquie Alderton. Motion seconded  by Christina Cindric  o In Favour: Radey Barrack, Christina Cindric, Denise Lam, Mark Ungar,  Jonny Wypych, Damien O’Brien, Sam Smitiuch, Christina Taleen  Balian, Pia Marin, Mike Frisina, Adam Leclair, Alex Crombie  o Against: David Valentin   Jon Tsao calls for debate: requests two speakers in favour and two apposed  o Speaking in favour: Jacquie Alderton  o David Valentin and Pia Marin speak against   Omnibus vote on Governance Manual Amendments 601 and 602. Moved by  Radey Barrack. Seconded by Samantha Smitiuch  o In Favour: Jacquie Alderton, Radey Barrack, Denise Lam, Samantha  Smitiuch, Damien O’Brien, Christina, Taleen Balian, Jonny Wypych  o Against: Alex Crombie, David Valentin, Pia Marin, Mark Ungar, Adam  Leclair, Mike Frisina  o Jon Tsao, calls the motion passed, but David Valentin states that  2/3rds majority is required to change the Governance Manual. Jon  Tsao agrees and declares the motion failed
