A. PROCEDURE FORORGANISING INTERNATIONAL OVERSEAS / EVENTS SCOUTACTIV]TIES FORGROUP, DISTRICT ANDAREA 1

with the International Arrangefor a discussion Commissioner or the RelevantExecutive on the Topicsfor the discussionincludeobjectives, activity/event. dates,venue,duration,contingent programme, size,participants, training, transportation, costs,planning, approvals, etc.

2. Depending on the activity/event, the discussion shouldstartfrom at leastthreemonthsto two yearsbeforeits commencement. 3

Oncethe activityis confirmed and approved, the organizer shouldcommencepreparatory work immediately.
