I am going to take this interview and hope that Italy comes up before the process gets done. I have not recieved an email back yet, but This medical hospital does regulate the clinic in Vinceza Italy so there is a chance that it may be for it as well....
The U.S. Army Health Center is located in Vicenza and serves a population of approximately 5,000 personnel. Vicenza is a thriving, vibrant city with a population of nearly 110,000, situated at the foot of the Dolomites and a 45-minute drive (approximately 25 miles) west of picturesque, historic Venice. It is home to Caserma Ederle (Camp Ederle), headquarters of the U.S. Army Southern European Task Force (Airborne), a major subordinate command of the U.S. Army Europe and the only major U.S. Army organization south of the Alps. All amenities can be found on the installation, such as a post exchange, commissary, theater, clubs, and extensive morale, welfare and recreation opportunities. Caserma Ederle is located on the east side of Vicenza, not far from the Vicenza East (EST) exit of the A4 Autostrada which runs from Venice to Milan. The autostrada is a toll road and similar to U.S. interstate highways. BUT .... -Kaiserslautern Military Community Kaiserslautern, Germany Kaiserslautern, Germany is 80 miles southwest of Frankfurt, Germany and 295 miles northeast of Paris, France. The city of Kaiserslautern is nestled in the small hills west of the Rhine River Valley, on the edge of the famous German Pfalz forest. It is one hour from the Frankfurt International Airport to the northeast, one hour from the French border to the west, an hour and a half from Luxembourg and Belgium to the northeast, and five hours from Switzerland to the south. Kaiserslautern is located in the German state of Rheinland-Pfalz which lies in the southwest part of the country. The Rheinland-Pfalz borders on France, Luxembourg, Belgium, and the German States of Saarland, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Hessen and Baden-Wurttemberg. I dunno..I am still hoping for Italy....but OMG!!! THIS IS SO ENCOURAGING!! I needed this BADDD!!!
I still have a bunch of Navy jobs I have applied for but have not collated yet either!! OMG!! Could this really be happening??? Brian
