Chairpersons of all clubs and societies, except for those in charge of the Chinese Debating Society, Chinese Society and Putonghua Club, are required to write their draft proposals in ENGLISH. Information displayed on boards of all clubs and societies, except for the Chinese Debating Society, Chinese Society and Putonghua Club, has to be in ENGLISH. On or before Oct. 9, 2008 (Thu, Day 3), the chairperson of each club and society should hand in his/her draft proposal to the teacher-in-charge for necessary amendments and approval. The draft proposal after amendments (if necessary) should be signed by the teacher-in-charge and 3 copies should be made: One copy is kept by the student-in-charge so that work can be carried out right away. One copy is returned to the teacher-in-charge for reference. One hardcopy should be submitted to 6C TONG Yu-tai, Steven and its softcopy should be e-mailed to
