General Meeting of All ACLC Organizations

Agenda:

Setting Standards

Objectives: 1. To set the necessary standards for each organization who will participate in the general activities of the school. a. We, as ACLC students, should help the school by participating and communicating through ideas expressed in words and in actions. b. We, as leaders of each organization, should HELP each other, join forces with other organizations and ELIMINATE rivalry throughout the school year. c. We, as an organization, should give our best on our jobs and lend the school administration all the help needed during success and failures. d. We should build a new school, not literally but spiritually so that we can have a strong foundation. (No to vices and bad acts) e. We should assist our instructors on implementation of rules and regulations here at school. f. Projects and activities we think about should be of interest of the students and not for the sake of ones’ self only. g. Our number one priority is to prevent a decrease in number of enrollees and to help make our family grow next semester. h. And to my fellow officers, our school, our responsibility. 2. To set the plans for the year 2007-2008. (1st and 2nd semester) a. Projects b. Activities c. Seminars d. Meetings 3. To expand ACLC Alabang’s Mission and Vision throughout the city. By the End of the Meeting, we should have decided the following: 1. School Improvement Projects (inexpensive but effective) 2. Implementation of School’s Rules and Regulations 3. The next General Meeting 4. The Complete Organization of Organizations (Organization Manual – ACLC Alabang) 5. Assigning of Tasks per Organizations 6. Submission of Reports 7. Compilation of Officer’s Profile 8. Other Important Items to consider THANK YOU VERY MUCH! GOD BLESS US ALL! /eic
