The National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States 26 Federal Plaza Suite 13-100 New York, NY 10007 Re: Document Production - City of New York Dear Mr. Caspersen, Enclosed please find a videotape taken by N.J. Burkett of WABC-TV on September 11, 2001. Commissioner Frank Gribbon mentioned the existence of this footage during his interview with NIST and the Commission. As we have discussed, the Fire Department has not received permission to release this tape to the Commission or for the Commission to use it for any purpose. However, you have indicated you will make an independent attempt to obtain such permission and we therefore are providing the tape in an effort to assist the Commission in its work.
