[email protected] RE: Request
I called the HR department at OCS Security and after being transferred around for a while, I spoke to the dispatch supervisor, Mrs. Coward, 212-398-3527, who told me that Lloyd stopped working'for OCS after 9/11. This is the last known address and phone number she had for him: Lloyd Thompson
\, in your request, you ask for Lloyd Thomas, not Thompson, so I also found 6 li
for Lloyd Thomas in the NYC area. If this guy in not the right person, we'll have somewhere to go. Original Message From:

[email protected] Subject: Request There is an indivdiual named Lloyd Thomas. On September 11 he was an employee of a company called OCS, or OCS Security, or OCS Group. OCS contracted him out to the Port Authority and the WTC. On 9/11 he was working as the deputy fire safety director in Tower 1. We need to interview him, because he will be crucial in illuminating exactly what happened with the repeater system that FDNY Pfeifer failed to activate fully. As he is not an employee of the Port Authority, we cannot set up the interview through them. By the end of this week, could you two please obtain the following: 1. His home address and phone number (there are national search engines with charge about 510 to do this - go to 411.com as a starter). 2. The exact name and address of this company OCS Security or OCS Group. just tried to find it on google, without luck. It's possible that it no longer is in business, but we need to be a bit more exhaustive than my 5 minute google effort.

Thanks very much. I also will request that the Port Authority provide us what info they have on Lloyd Thomas and OCS, but our relationship with the Port Authority has turned more confrontational recently; so don't hold your breath there. Thanks.
