On September 11 he was an employee of a company called OCS, or OCS Security, or OCS Group. OCS contracted him out to the Port Authority and the WTC. On 9/11 he was working as the deputy fire safety director in Tower 1. We need to interview him, because he will be crucial in illuminating exactly what happened with the repeater system that FDNY Pfeifer failed to activate fully. As he is not an employee of the Port Authority, we cannot set up the interview through them. By the end of this week, could you two please obtain the following: 1.
