McKinsey We have been advised that neither the NYPD nor FDNY is in possession of (i) any records/transcripts/notes of the interviews and surveys McKinsey conducted on employees of the FDNY or NYPD or (ii) any internal McKinsey notes or memorandums with respect to these studies. I have spoken with a former McKinsey consultant who has advised me that while McKinsey doesn't have the same type of centralized record system as a law firm, the individual McKinsey employees who worked on these studies should still have relatively robust files, particularly since the studies were completed only 16 months ago. Question: what would be the best way to procure these documents, and whom would we subpoena if it comes to that? S.M.W.C.

Updated Request for information from NYC New York City in General 1. Any additional tapes, compact discs and any recordings for 09/11/01 regarding any communications by New York City including phone conversations. 2. Any list, details or recordings of 911 calls received by other jurisdictions. (Example Hudson, Bergen Counties of New Jersey or Nassau, Suffolk counties of New York.) 3. Copies of any transcripts of 911 calls that were made for any agency or family member who made a specific request. 4. Copies of any information transmitted or received on any Mobil Digital Terminals Used by NYPD, NYFD, EMS and OEM on September 11, 2001 in regards to the Attacks on the World Trade Center. NYPD 1. SPRINT records for radio transmissions on City Wide, Special Operations and 1st Division Radio frequencies for 09/11/01. That shows deployment and assignment of police units responding to the World Trade Center Attack. 2. All internal or external after action reports/summaries/critiques/evaluations of Communications performance on 09/11/01 in response to 9/11 Attacks. To include any received from other agency or organizations. (Examples phone companies, Motorola) 3. Copy of Communications Division, Tape Reproduction Log for the time period of 09/11/01 to 12/31/01. Log used to record duplication of 911 calls and radio communications for investigative units or subpoena request. 4.
