Not many regard highly the leader of the US but since the US media is so powerful, many go along with the flow and always proceed to heap induced praises and fake admiration for whoever happens to be the resident in the White House. Once evil always evil. Civilians are getting butchered in Afghanistan while Pakistan's future is getting clouded by images of the lawlessness in Iraq and Somalia.
