4 zones controlled by 4 air handling units on each floor.
Storage of 120,000 litres of water to be used for Grey water cycle.

Sustainable use of Building Materials
Materials
Materials and components have a high recycled content and PVC Minimisation. Reduction of hazardous substances into the environment.
Low VOC paints, carpets and adhesives to enhance air quality and green initiatives.

Servicing mid, high & sky rise
