BE FIT & HEALTHY “Your body needs three things,” says speaker Kevin Useldinger, “Rest, Fuel and Movement.” In this case, two out of three is NOT “pretty good!” Most of us have no problem with resting and fueling our bodies, but getting them to move enough is a growing problem in modern America.

National Immunization Day

You can take part in a most amazing, life-affirming event by joining Rotarians at the NID in The Ivory Coast this November 4-13. See page 2 for more details of this great opportunity. 

Mr. Kevin Useldinger, President of the Fitness Motivation Institute of CA, addressed our club with style and humor, but got his message across. He even took the body fat measurement of our President! Kevin was also good enough to stick around after the meeting to put a few members through the steps of his Isorobics exercise routines emphasizing strength and flexibility.

In addition to taking part in the National Immunization Day, Rotarians will visit with local Rotarians and learn of their local projects, enjoy the hospitality of local Rotarians and visit local sites of historical and modern significance.

COST The 11 day trip costs from $3,429 to $3,699 per person with additional cost of $650 for a private room.
