Evangelistic Committee (E. Comm) to call visitor within 48 hours and assign to FU leader. FU leader to call and arrange a meet up during the same week.

FU leader to get to know visitor and invite visitor to cell and service.

Submit form back to E. Comm one month after visitor was assigned or immediately after you start on GIG or Personal Discipling with visitor. Proceed to GIG/Personal Discipling Reporting Form.

FU leader to also encourage visitor to go through GIG or Personal Discipling Materials. FU leader to try to assimilate visitor to his/her cell and keep Cell Leader informed of progress. In the event that visitor is difficult to follow up, FU leader must still make at least 4 efforts to arrange a face-toface meeting over a period of one month before giving up.

GIG is for pre-believers wanting to know more while Personal Discipling is for converts. Meet up with the disciple/contact once a week for about 1 - 1½ hour each time. Be as interactive as possible. Do not be mechanical, be interested in the person, you are impacting life!

Encourage your disciple/contact to attend services and cells and try to assimilate them into your cell and the ministry as a whole. Encourage your disciple to start serving in areas such as usher, set up, projectionists etc. In the event of difficulties faced, seek help from your Cell Leader and Evangelistic Committee. Discipling and GIG should be completed within a 10-weeks period.
